(Louisville) With their playoff hopes doused, the 7-8 Fire kicked off their season finale against the Pirates of Peoria at home in Freedom Hall, where 11,537 Fire faithful arrived for the hopeful payback victory. The Fire defense wasn’t up to par during the first half.

(Louisville) The Louisville Fire will conclude their season Saturday night at 7:05 in Freedom Hall against the Pirates of Peoria. The 7-8 Fire look to finish out their season with a redeeming victory over the 4-11 Pirates. In their last meeting on June 7, the Pirates came out with a surprising win in a 50-44 nail-biter over the Fire.

(Louisville) The Louisville Fire welcomes all fans to come out and tailgate before the game on Saturday, July 26. The Fire will be tailgating in parking lot J in the back of the Kentucky Exposition Center of Freedom Hall from 5:30 PM until the start of the game at 7:30 PM.

(Louisville) Tonight Liz Horrall was crowned the first ever Miss Louisville Fire. She graduated from Indiana University and will now reign as Miss Louisville Fire for the following year. In her duties as Miss Louisville Fire Liz will be seen around town at community events and games as the spokesperson for the Fire.

(Louisville) The Wildfire dance team will be hosting a dance camp on Saturday, July 26. The camp will be held at Freedom Hall from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The camp is the first in two years and will be instructed by the Wildfire, Louisville’s only professional dance team.
